My name is Mike and I am the current head trainer at the Letchworth club.
My love for fitness and training has been with me since I was an under 21 great British basketball player, until an unfortunate injury cut my professional career short.
This is when I then turned my focus and became a personal trainer with a specialty in injury prevention and sports performance. I wanted to be able to help others improve on themselves and also reduce injury levels and pain in other athletes they may also be recovering from injury.
Since then I have trained a range of people including and Olympic level triathlete.
