Full body toning workout that concentrates on common problem areas such as legs, bums and tums.

ZumBollywood Dance

Indian Bollywood themed dance class for an all over fun cardio workout.

Reformer Pilates – Payable Classes

Pilates performed on specialist equipment (the reformer), which allows for a more dynamic, and/or targeted workout. Can also be used as an effective aid to injury recovery.

Circuits

A body conditioning, endurance and resistance training set of exercises using high intensity but for all levels. It targets building strength, muscular endurance and stamina. An all-round fun body workout.

Aqua

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels and is also open for non swimmers. Aqua is a fun class set to music and is a mix of cardio and resistance training with no impact on the joints. Improves balance and sculpts and tones the body while building cardiovascular fitness and strength.

Yoga

Through a mindful and intelligent alignment based Asana practice, understand the mechanics of your body. Strengthen, Tone and increase Flexibility. Improve Posture and Balance. Explore and engage with your Breath, learn to quieten and settle your mind, to find inner peace and calm.

Pilates

Pilates promotes good posture, improves balance and flexibility. It builds core and focuses on breathing control, abdominal strength, spine, and pelvis and shoulder stabilisation.

Prime Time

An exercise class to strengthen and stretch all muscle groups using small weights and resistance bands. This class includes floor work. Suitable for all ages and especially the more mature exercisers.

LesMills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, tone and fit – FAST. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

LesMills BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

LesMills BODYCOMBAT

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Schwinn Spin

A fun cardio workout to music using a spin bike at an intensity to make you sweat and burn calories for the duration. Intensity changes throughout the class using different pedal speed, resistance and body position.

Kettlebells

Swing your way to great shape in a fun and challenging workout that is great for both fitness and targeting all the muscles of the body! Rhythmic continuous fun that sheds body fat 360 degrees around the body!

Zumba

Use Latin dance to get the whole body active by dancing your way to fitness.
Zumba Toning is perfect For Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks helps the participants focus on specific muscle groups. Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
