Hi I’m Reece, I began my fitness journey at a young age when I started playing basketball for a local team (Hitchin Kings). This then progressed to a national level playing in front of hundreds of people. Through the constant training and focus on personal development, I fell in love with training and working out. I continue to play basketball and train each day to keep me in the best shape possible. I became a PT to help others get in to and maintain their best shape and to help improve their overall fitness levels.
