Prime Time

Prime Time

An exercise class to strengthen and stretch all muscle groups using small weights and resistance bands. This class includes floor work. Suitable for all ages and especially the more mature exercisers.
Vera Flow

Vera Flow

A class of two parts; starting with beautiful music and energetic rhythms, learning dance steps and using dynamic stretching techniques. In the second part use a mat to actively progress the stretching, by squeezing the opposing muscles groups.
